Sure the Aji-Amarillo Peruvian chillies are amazingly tasty, that is true, but what we do with them is what takes this product to the next level. These chillies are lightly roasted bringing out an intensity of flavour, not just heat but an amazing fruity flavour. Then we take them out of the oven and skin them individually. This taking their skin off is what produces the melt in your mouth experience you are having when eating them.
Where do they belong? Pretty much on anything. Toss them over cheese, stir them into rice or pasta, or crown your slow-cooked chicken, lamb, beef, or fish with these flavour bombs. They even steal the show on pizza. If you’re into chillies, this is as good as it gets.
