We barely make enough to sell, and most of it disappears before dispatch. If you spot a jar, grab it. In fact, grab two – you never know when our next batch will escape the hands of our enthusiastic “taste testers” (read: family, neighbours, and definitely our production team).
Much like its fiery twin, the Pickled Chilli, this garlic is sliced, kissed with a hint of chilli, and plunged into organic wine vinegar – sometimes red, sometimes white, depending on the vibe. A touch of sea salt, and that’s it. No fluff, no nonsense. After a week of hiding out in a secret corner, it’s ready to face the world. We even tried armed guards in the packing section, but somehow only 10% of what we produce makes it out the door. Coincidence? We think not.
Honestly, we’d love to tell you how to enjoy it, but the jars never last long enough for us to experiment. That’s where you come in!
