Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Hafla Gourmet Dips for your shop and customers. We strive to provide you with delicious, high-quality dips and exceptional service every time you order. Below, you’ll find all the important information regarding our shipping policy:

Shipping Zones:

We currently offer shipping services within New South Wales, and Queensland Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping currently.

Processing Time:

Please refer to our introductory letter for logistics, ordering and dispatch. We aim to be hassle and risk free to you and will do our utmost to make your business with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our production schedule takes place over Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with your order being dispatched on Wednesday to arrive at your shop Thursday or Friday that week.

Delivery Time:

We are working with Lindsay transport, Chill Freeze, and Arctic Express, competent and reputable chilled goods couriers. They are doing their best to deliver our products to your shop as quickly as possible, usually within a day or two. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or public holidays may affect delivery times. In the rare case of delayed delivery or should you have any questions about delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out Operations@hafla.com.au

Shipping Carriers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our primary shipping carriers include Lindsay Transport and Arctic Express in the north and Chill freeze in the south.

Delivery Instructions:

During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to provide any special delivery instructions or notes. Our team will do their best to accommodate your requests and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Restrictions:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time. Additionally, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided shipping address, as perishable items may require refrigeration upon arrival.
